Hello! Sorry for the very bad picture quality, but the fly was resting on the reflecting, dirty window-pane of our wintergarden (northwest Germany). I cannot see an Empis fork, can it be Rhamphomyia sp.? There were many of them inside the room, size about 6 mm.
