A Cyprus Bombylid species

This Bombylid species was caught at Tepi Bas, northern Cyprus on 29 March 2013. I think that it is perhaps Hemipenthes velutina but I would appreciate confirmation or correction of this identification by someone more experienced than I am. Many thanks Alan |
