Tephritidae: Dioxyna bidentis?

Hi, can you help me to identify two small tephritidae (about half centimeter) I observed on November 26th near Bologna (Italy) on a wall of my balcony? I guess they were male and female of the same species. Could they be Dioxyna bidentis? Thanks a lot for your help
