This fly was approximately 3 mm. Is it possible to tell genus and perhaps species?

Photos from 16 june 2012 Kramfors 62 N, E 17 Ã…ngermanland, Sweden.

I agree with Theo that this is Senotainia, but I would need to see the proboscis and the palp to decide if it is conica or puncticornis.

I have som more pictures but no one where it possible to see proboscis or palp.

Thanks, Kurt, the extra images are sufficient to show that the proboscis is rather long, and I think I can even see the yellow palp. This settles that this is Senotainia conica.
