Hello This one is a Hydrotaea, male (front femur) but I don’t know which one I discounted dentipes (frons width narrower), tibia 2 with 0 ad setae, also floccosa/armipes (femur 3 with 0 bristles or appendages), wings also shaded!, lots of orbital setae on the fronto-orbital plate which seeems a bit different too Taken in mid-Wales 21_09_12 Any further help appreciated Thanks oceanlis2000 attached the following image: ![]() [61.5Kb] Dr Elisabeth A. Because of haired eyes I think Hydrotaea cf. cyrtoneurina. |

This would be good news , if confirmed by another expert it will be a new one for us and also for the gallery, it's certainly different from the others
