Psychodidae_Tinearia alternata is correct? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 500 m above sea level. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 19.04.2012.

No. In Tinearia (which I consider a subgenus of Psychoda) and other Psychodini the wings are parallel; in this specimen they are diverging. My guess is that this is something in the Paramormiini.

No, this is somewhere in tribus Pericomaini (Paramormia is in Telmatoscopini).
