This fly was seen over a blackberry bush under an opened red pine wood, Can Benet, Sales de Llierca, Girona, Spain, UTM31T DG7177, 250m., 17th august 2010. Can someone confirm is C. brassicaria? Thanks in advance. Rafael

It's possible but I really couldn't say for certain from those photos ... I think we would need to see the legs and body from many more angles and in more detail to be sure Smile
