Correct. PLease submit second picture for Gallery. The row of ctenidia on the fore femur is well visible in that picture.

Collins description of "Acrostichal bristles on thorax irregularly quadriserial with those of two middle rows longer." fits nicely too |

I cropped second picture to show the row of small setae, didn't know they were called ctenidia (you live and learn). I'll stick Pic.2 in the Gallery. Under most circumstances it is hence very useful to see that a specimen belongs to Meiosimyza and not, for example, Sapromyza. |
