Hi,
I often see these on top of straw bales in the morning.
I take the photo on 15 March 2014 Kokkola, Finland.
can anyone help me identify these fly?
Temperature 1°C.

The following species of the Tephrochlamys family are found in Finland:
Tephrochlamys flavipes, Tephrochlamys rufiventris, Tephrochlamys tarsalis,Tephrochlamys steniusi.
