alike T.fera (?)
maybe a identification at species level can be possible?

Not Tachina fera - Gonia sp. - from the very wide frons Smile But I'm not sure how many species you have down in Romania so I;m not confident to give a species-level ID.

maybe this helps you for a definitive ID.
species photographed in a mainly Quercus forest, close to Timisoara (west part of Romania) at aprox 100 m altitude.

I'm with Nikita, Gonia vacua.
Not uncommon on the Balkan.
Narrow black abdominal vitta and springtime are characteristic.
