Photograph taken on June 02, 2012, in the wetlands of the Suįrez Pond, Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Apparent size with wings, about 7-8 mm

Looks like Ulidiidae, Myennis octopunctata (compare with gallery pictures!)

I appreciate your information and help. Looking at the Gallery, I think you're right.

I at least see my picture fly like http://www.dipter...to_id=6348 and http://www.dipter...to_id=6347. And still more http://www.dipter...to_id=7674.

But I have no knowledge to discern. I edit the title for confirmation.

I am very grateful for your confirmation, and its favorable reviews.

Gladly I go to the gallery the four photos of the fly, individualized and higher resolution allows the Gallery. Because they are the same specimen, if the administrator considers superfluous, you can delete those considered of less interest.
