Photograph taken on March 12, 2012, in the wetlands of the Suįrez Pond, Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Apparent size with wings, about 6-7 mm

I think it is Tachytrechus insignis Stann.

I think Tachytrechus ca. insignis Stann. would be better as 1-2 species have similar features.

I really appreciate your information.
I have no knowledge to identify, and I can only follow the opinions of experts.
Known whether the two possible species have been identified in Europe and Spain.? Maybe that could clarify the issue.
I will upload another picture to try to clarify identification.
I edit the title with his alternative proposal until it could be a confirmation.
