Fly flapping its wings

Hello,

I remarked this fly on a flower, flapping its wings from time to time.

Afterwards, on the computer, I saw that it doesn't flap both wings together.

Christoophe suggested a Calliopum sp?
Do you agree? Disagree? Is it possible to be more precise?
