Yours has more dark along the front edge of the wing than the one in the gallery. Look beyond the last transverse band. I don't know whether that is a species character or intraspecific variation. The Rivellia in my area (America) have constant wing pattern. |

Rivellia hispanica Lyneborg, 1969. That species was described from Granada: Rio Guadalfeo, Orgiva. I believe, this is the second find of this species since description 42 years ago. Please submit it to the gallery. https://sites.goo...SSpain.pdf Edited by Nosferatumyia on 06-03-2011 15:22 Val |

Oh! Oh! Oh ... I am very happy.  I'm just an amateur photographer in general and I am very happy that the accident put a discovery like this within my camera.
