This tephritid was found on the edge of an agricultural field. Is it possible to know the species?

Trypeta zoe Meigen (male -- sexually dimorphic wing pattern!)
two suggestions:

1. Submit it to the gallery.
2. As this is a new record for Portugal, let us print a short faunistic note for I could have an excuse to include it to the Fauna Europaea database.
