Found at 22. May 08, middle Germany. 8 mm ??
2 different Flies, same? species.

Frank, species is interesting, images are very good and most of the required characters are visible.
The only problem is ID, because this species is mostly W.European and without specimens I don't know it well enought. As Coremacera cf. fabricii I think it is ok for Gallery.
