Indeed. Looks like Achalcus but don't know whether that occurs in Hong Kong or whether there are similar genera there.

Chaetogonopteron or allied genus of Sympycninae, female (stylus dorsal, m-cu oblique, hind basitarsus short). Achalcus is not known in China, but might be described under another name.
