I think it must be Phasia pusilla or Phasia barbifrons?

I found it on the same locality yesterday and caught two. Here you can see the halteres are black, so pusilla is right Smile

The frontal bristles are more reliable than the colouration of the halteres. Anyway, it is pusilla by all features.
