everted glands!   Not only in Lauxaniidae, also in Tephritidae.   i suppose all Tephritoidea flies have these type of glands. ![]()  |

Looks like something aroun Tephritis fallax. And real nice to see these pheromone pouches with Tephritis too. There was a thread on it here at the forum http://www.diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=6&thread_id=8785 John  |
