Clouded Heleomyzidae 6mm

Last week I had several Heteromyza sp in my garden in Brussels. The week before (10th february) I had this 6 mm large Heleomyzidae (I think) but this one had 'clouded' wings?

Hmm,
It is rather not a Heleomyzid fly Sad

Looks like Palloptera scutellata to me.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
