Thanks Paul. The question mark does concern only to Tethininae or to Canacidae too?

From what I can see in these photos, this is a Tethina species, but I am unable to say more than that.

Thanks again Paul. And thank you very much Tony. Another person (Piluca Álvarez who knows a lot about flies, althought not specifically about this family) suggested me it could be a Tethina.
