It could be the female of Chrysotimus meridionalis Naglis & Bartak, which has been recently described from Spain.

Naglis, S. & Bartak, M. 2015. Dolichopodidae (Diptera) from the Iberian Peninsula, with description of three new species. Zootaxa 3964 (1): 125–137.
