Is it possible to confirm that this is Elachiptera bimaculata ? Shot in the East of France.

E. austriaca also looks like this, but supposedly has just one pair of orbital setae whereas bimaculata has two

Thank you. It is hard to see the orbital setae on my pictures, but I can guess 2 orbital setae near the right eye on the dorsal view. Besides, Elachiptera austriaca is not known in France.
