It is in the Chironomus genus group. It looks like the inferior volsella is modified at the tip so it might be a Dicrotendipes or Glyptotendipes. A more lateral view of the genitalia would distinguish the former, and a shot of the pronotum or a closeup of tergites 2-6 would distinguish the latter. |
