Is it possible to go further than family with these tiny Pipunculidae?
Ca. 3-4 mm?; 16.vi.2012; Southern France (F13)

Yogamyia ... Cool ... no, these should be Tomosvaryella but this is just my gut feeling as diagnostic characters are not visible.
